Return Policy – Nuts and Bees

At Nuts and Bees, we take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality, handcrafted food products. Due to the nature of our items and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products.


No Returns or Exchanges

As our products are consumable, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or personal taste preferences.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@nutsandbees.com.au

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • If approved, we will send a replacement or offer a store credit depending on the situation


📦 Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
